Find A Vendor is a UK marketplace where people book everything for their party or event in one place. Customers find you by date, location and service, pay up front, and you only pay a fee when you’re booked.

How it works
- Apply free. Give us your website or price list and we’ll prepare your listing, services and photos. You check it and send it.
- Get approved. We check your identity and business, usually within a few working days.
- Get booked. Customers book times you’re free and pay up front. We pay you after each job.

You keep £265.55 after our 10% fee and card processing.

How much does it cost to join Find A Vendor?
Nothing. There’s no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. We take 10% of each completed booking, plus the card processing fee (1.4% + 25p per payment). Founding vendors pay no commission for their first 2 months after launch.
When do I get paid?
Customers pay in full when they book. We hold the money safely and pay it to your bank account after the job, so there are no invoices or late payments to chase.
Do I set my own prices and dates?
Yes. You choose your services and prices (fixed, per hour, per guest or quote on request), the hours you work, how far you travel and how much time to keep free between bookings. Customers can only book times you’re free.
How long does it take to get listed?
About ten minutes. Give us your website or paste your price list and we’ll fill in your application for you, including your services and photos. You check it, send it, and we review it within a few working days.
What do you check before approving a vendor?
Your identity and business. Insurance, food hygiene and DBS certificates are optional, but once we’ve seen them customers see a “verified” check on your page (never the document itself).
When does Find A Vendor open?
Soon. Vendors who apply now are approved before launch, so their listings go live on launch day.
