What is Find A Vendor?
Find A Vendor is a UK marketplace for booking party and event vendors, such as balloon stylists, caterers, photographers, florists and entertainers. You can book several vendors for your date in one basket and pay once.
When does it open?
We’re getting vendors ready now. Join the launch list on this page and we’ll email you once when we open.
Is there a booking fee?
No. You pay the price shown on the listing, plus any travel charge or extras shown before you pay. Vendors pay us a fee from each completed booking.
How is my payment protected?
Your payment is held by Find A Vendor and only released to the vendor after the job. If a vendor declines, doesn’t reply in time or cancels, you get a full refund.
I run an event business. How do I join?
Apply free from this page. It’s free to join with no monthly fee: vendors pay 10% of each completed booking plus card processing. We check every application, and approved vendors go live on launch day.
