What vendors pay

Joining is free, with no monthly fee and no paying for leads. Vendors pay 10% of each completed booking, plus card processing of 1.4% + 25p per payment. Both come out of the vendor’s payout, never on top of your price, and if a booking is fully refunded the vendor pays no fees.

A worked example

On a £300 booking, the customer pays £300. The vendor receives £265.55: £300 minus our 10% fee (£30) and card processing (£4.45).

Founding vendor offer

Our first 100 approved vendors pay no commission for their first 2 months after launch. Card processing still applies.

When vendors are paid

We hold each payment until the job is done. It’s released when the customer confirms the job, or automatically 72 hours after the vendor marks it complete if no problem is reported, and the vendor’s share is sent by bank transfer, normally within 5 working days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days of being approved, depending on your bank.
