Payment held until after the event
We hold your payment and only release it to the vendor once the job is done and you’ve had the chance to raise a problem. It’s released when you confirm the job, or automatically 72 hours after the vendor marks it complete if no problem is reported.
Refunded if the vendor can’t do it
If a vendor declines, doesn’t reply within 48 hours or cancels a confirmed booking, you get a full refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days of being approved, depending on your bank.
Help if something goes wrong
Report a problem from your account before the payment is released. We pause the payment, look at the booking and messages from both sides, and aim to decide within 10 working days.
Checked vendors
Every vendor is reviewed before they can take bookings. Checks such as insurance, food hygiene and DBS are only shown as verified after we’ve seen the documents.
