Business checks
We review each vendor’s business details before approving them. The Verified badge means we’ve completed identity and business checks.
Insurance and certificates
Vendors can share public liability insurance, food hygiene ratings and DBS checks. When we’ve checked them, customers see a verified tick, never the documents themselves.
Planning the day safely
Use your booking messages to share venue access, power, allergens, set-up times and anything else your vendor needs to know.
Keeping standards up
We monitor cancellations, complaints and reports, and we can pause listings or suspend accounts that don’t meet our standards.
