Tell us about your business and services. We review every application, usually within a few working days. Insurance, food hygiene and DBS documents are optional but earn checks customers look for.
Set up your listings
Add photos, prices, what’s included and any extras. You can price per booking, per hour, per guest or by quote.
Keep your calendar right
Set your weekly hours and block dates you’re busy. Customers only see times you’re free, and one booking blocks you across all your services.
Accept bookings
Paid booking requests arrive in your dashboard. Accept or decline within 48 hours; if you don’t answer, the request is declined and the customer is refunded.
Get paid
Your share is the price less our 10% fee and card processing (currently 1.4% + 25p per payment). On a £300 booking, the customer pays £300. The vendor receives £265.55: £300 minus our 10% fee (£30) and card processing (£4.45). It’s released after the customer confirms the job, or automatically 72 hours after the vendor marks it complete if no problem is reported, and sent to your bank account, normally within 5 working days.
Founding vendor offer
Our first 100 approved vendors pay no commission for their first 2 months after launch. Card processing still applies.
